This half ball top is available in diameters 2mm up to 4mm and features a jewel in the color of your choice. Please select your desired jewel color and top size from the drop-down menus above.

This jewelry has internal 0.9mm threading and a 1.5mm long post, which is compatible with our standard 18g to 16g internally threaded jewelry. The top is manufactured from high quality titanium and can be anodized to one of 13 colors in our Hanover, MD Painful Pleasures facilities for a small fee.
