18g FLAT BACK Bezel Set Jeweled NOSE SCREW Jewelry Flat Head

Bezel Set: 1.5mm gem set in a 2mm round Flat Back Head surgical steel nose screw. The nose screw has an inner diameter of 7mm.

These are Autoclave safe and BEND TO THE LEFT

Flat Back design is great for those that don't want the head of the nose jewelry to sink into the piercing. These are actually good to use as initial piercing jewelry.
