In fact, our steel half balls are so awesome that they can be used with labret studs, too, as well as straight barbells or any other 12g or 14g internally-threaded body jewelry that has a matching internal 1.2mm thread pattern.
Each Half Ball Top for internal 1.2mm body jewelry measures 5mm in diameter and is made of a single piece of implant-grade surgical stainless steel, which means the posts are infinitely more stable than you'll find with tops that have their posts welded onto them.
