The Pearl comes equipped with an adjustable ratchet aluminum cartridge grip, which allows for quick and easy needle depth adjustment. The machine is also compatible with all back stem and screw-on style cartridge grips without any need for adapters; it is recommended for use with the Cheyenne Sol tattoo grips.
