Titanium & Niobium Anodizer for all your Jewelry, Dental & Medical Supplies
If you have your own setup and already know how to anodize, then purchase this anodizer. If you are new to anodizing, buy the Titanium Anodizing Kit that includes everything you need to start. You are purchasing one Anodizer with everything included in the picture. The Anodizer now comes with extra fuses. If the local voltage is steady, you can choose T4A/250V fuse. If the local voltage is erratic, you can choose T6.3A/250V fuse. This anodizer only needs one fuse.
Please Note: This titanium anodizer is a linear power supply with an industrial frequency transformer to lower the voltage. The anodizer is heavy and generates a large amount of heat during operation. It features a radiator for heat dissipation.

What is Anodizing?
Anodizing titanium is a process that adjusts the oxide level of metal surfaces. This adjustment changes the spectrum of light, resulting in perceived color. By precisely controlling the surface oxide level, an entire range of colors can be produced.
Anodizing titanium is not a coating, nor does it use dyes. Voltage applied to the part through fixturing, in an electrolytic bath, controls the color. Therefore, the integrity and properties of the base metal along with its suitability in biomedical applications are not compromised.
